Pros +
- Great value. The cookies were a hit. The welcome champagne was awesome.
- Hotel & room was very clean & comfortable . The staff is very friendly and courteous . Liked the freer parking too
- The staff were very welcoming and attentive.
Cons -
- The only thing I?d change is the music in the lobby/outside the front doors. A little loud for my taste but I have a small kid and I just like silence haha
- I paid for a high floor deluxe and ended up on the 9th floor handicapped room due to complications with our room's water. Though this may seem like a downside the Westin and their staff took care of us and accommodated with a free breakfast for our family
- Staff needs training in customer service
