Atmosphere and friendliness of the staff
The room was spacious and comfortable. The atrium area was enclosed with a glass roof and beautifulluy planted with exotic plants, complete with waterfalls and streams. Very relaxing.

Nothing. Fontainebleau is the worst hotel I?ve every stayed in. The staff was rancid and one member threatened physical violence against me. The food at the hotel was atrocious and overpriced. Location was landlocked and not centrally located.

We liked the cotton sheets on the bed -- they're breathable and most comfy. It was also nice to have the fridge. We appreciated the morning front desk's help with needing a tooth brush and more shampoo.
We got there and were harrassed by another patron while waiting for our room to be ready. We tried to cancel the reservation, but they woudn't allow us. we never even stayed here.
