Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Staff was awesome, amazing breakfast & little extras they included throughout our stay.
Nothing. The hotel under-performed in every category. We only stayed 2 nights before moving to another hotel entirely.

Spacious 2 bathroom suite. Great pool. Great location.
It's a very relaxed room that is more like having your own apartment. It would have been easy to get comfortable if not for the downsides.

Room, staff, location were all good.
The rooms overlook the marina/bay. Very clean rooms with a microwave, large refrigerator, sink with dish soap and towels. Also, wine glasses and all the dish ware you need to get you through the week. The little cove Cafe has the best breakfast.

Great location and room layout but everything is very dated.
Great condo accommodations. Great location, pool, lovely apt with back screened patio overlooking Naples Bay. Be advised this is a three story building with no elevator. Not a deal breaker for us, but may be for some. The use of bikes is an added plus.

The "special guest chef" at the restaurant -- the meal was amazing The bartender in the lobby bar was very personable and helpful
Since the pool was closed they did allow us to use the pool at the Ritz Carlton on the beach in Naples. However, this is a bit of a hassle having to either wait for a shuttle at certain times or drive your own car.
