Hotel was convenient to airport, clean, newer hotel, modern vibe, Dove toiletries, comfortable bed, free parking, shelf area for luggage. We arrived too late/left too early the next morning to use any amenities or experience the breakfast.

Nothing and when I saw the conditions I went back to the office and gave them back the keys and ended up staying in the Holiday Inn on Sheridan St in Hollywood; I need you guys to re-ember my money; Its giving you guys a bad reputation

nothing it was loud and noisy in a bad area and then we find out the next morning that the hotel is putting up homeless people and they said they serve breakfast. It was coffee and a wrapped small muffin.

NO hot water 5pm toshower for event I had driven over 4hrs to attend, I was told to let it run, someone had to come to my room?I'm disabled/prosthetic leg, very awkward. Then told the boiler is only on in morning & it will be 20/30 for water, no shower!

Room was wonderful and the cleaning staff were amazing. We arrived at noon and they accommodated us with an early check-in and then a late check-out. The pool staff was friendly and helpful. Better than the Ritz or Four Seasons but less money.

The staff here were really nice. We were welcomed with a cocktail which was a nice treat. That's pretty much where the good ended.

It was on the beach, parking was cheap compared to the neighboring resorts which charge $50 or more a day. I like having Microwave and refrigerator in the room.

The views of the room were beautiful! The location was great for our shuttle to the airport. The bars and pool offered were a really cool touch. I very much enjoy the aesthetics of the hotel chain, particularly this one. The main manager was awesome.

Breakfast and the staff were great. The water took a while to get hot in the shower. I found a few bugs in my room. The place is old and therefore the carpet in the room is worn and I saw a whole in one of the walls. The place needs to be remodeled.

Staff were always attentive. Staff at the bar was excellent. Pool was heated and the hot tub was lovely.

Nothing, or security was breached when someone broke into or room and management was not able to assist.
We did not have the opportunity to stay here. We left after we the hotel was unable to accomodate us in a room away from the construction site. I was not satisfied with the customer service left a vm for Rebecca at BOcean which was never returned.

I like that it is tucked away and not in a high traffic area. The front desk is always polite and helpful. The rooms have always been clean.
