Staff were excellent--very accommodating and friendly. Did not expect the vast gym facilities including squash courts (with racquetball equipment). Normally would have a ping-pong table as well, but it was "out of order" during our visit. Clean room!

Everything was very comfortable and well provided for. Felt like the room was clean and linens/towels luxurious. The view out the window of downtown was nice and the overall decorations and lobby spaces let us know we were staying in a classy hotel.

Location is convenient to all the theatres and restaurants. Breakfast is free. We accessed everything including parking through the connected Skyway. Hotel gave is a free appetizer card for dinner for our 40th Anniversary. Hotel is perfect!

This hotel absolutely does not deserve a three star rating. It is a 2, star 2.5 star at best. The scarf was very friendly.

The breakfast wasn?t plain like other hotels that offer continental breakfast. This is my second visit and may be my primary hotel when ever I visit.

The general staff did their best to accommodate. None of the issues were their fault. Management and owners should get this place under control.
The room was spacious, well appointed, clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The provided breakfast was nothing fancy but had an excellent variety of items.
Good location, bathroom was very nice, space was elegant and nice (although it just felt empty in a lot of ways - not sure if due to staffing, or low occupancy levels, or post-covid dip - nothing was wrong, just didn't feel very alive)
