- The staff! Very friendly
- Atmosphere and friendliness of the staff
- The room was spacious and comfortable. The atrium area was enclosed with a glass roof and beautifulluy planted with exotic plants, complete with waterfalls and streams. Very relaxing.
Cons -
- The hotel doubled their price for an event. Upon check in the phone and tv did not work, called down to the front desk and they sent up a person who did not even speak English.
- The air conditioning in our room did not seem to work well. It was Freezing and took forever to warm up.
- Breakfast was not included with the stay. It cost me $32.00/night to park 2 vehicles, but this is not uncommon in this part of town.
