There is a lot to love about this hotel. Location is perfectly located near a lot of things such as the convention center, discovery park, Toyota center, House of Blues, and so much more. Starbucks, restaurants, spa, rooftop lounge and terrace.
We celebrated our anniversary at this hotel and booked a couples massage at the spa. S/O to the spa manager and receptionist for making this an awesome experience. They went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service.
Hotel is close to everything! Lots of amenities!

The staff were all wonderful people who understood the assignment.
Has a rain shower with shower wand. The bathroom is really nice and has a Dyson hair dryer. Nice lighting system in the bedroom. And love the beach look with tasteful colors. Has a great roof top pool with the sounds of the ocean.
The hospitality was amazing! I was a little testy just because I was unaware about the 50.00 per night valet parking that we had to do. They were very patient with me and apologetic which made me realize that it?s not their vault they don?t make the rules

The fact that there was hot breakfast.
The breakfast area was clean and the food was of a quality I expected. When our first assigned room was extremely smelly, the staff was helpful getting us into another room.
There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. Hampton should be ashamed their name is attached to this location.

Location near the venue
It was cheap. The only two reasons to stay here are its price and its proximity to something you plan to do. If either one of those can be met elsewhere, go elsewhere.

A place to sleep
The staff at this hotel far exceed the star rating. They were so kind and helpful. I was very surprised based on the prior ratings. The location is right next to the NRG Arena so in 5 minutes walking you are there. It was quiet and safe. Comfy Bed.
