The room was clean/simple at location, building/room handicap accessible, but for the price very ordinary. The tissue box (angel soft brand) had blue stain on tissues and the garbage still had old coffee packet. Slight odor. Window Shade was broke.

The staff was super friendly. We forgot our pack-n-play, the staff sent one to our room for us within 5 minutes. The 5:30 kickback meal was good. The breakfast had a lot of options and was good as well. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This is the first time we?ve rented a suite and it was really great to have that extra space to lounge around in away from the bedroom. The free meals and drinks was a great amenity as well.

The room had carpet on the sides of the bed and then tile and the rest of the floor. I'd take a nap with my shoes still on hanging over the bed and after I woke up I took my shoes off and stepped in the carpet and my socks were black and soaking wet

I did like the esthetics and the look of the lobby. The waterfall was a nice touch and the restroom in the lobby was pretty clean.

Great location, nice kitchen, comfortable bed and clean bathrooms.
The pool was great, especially for younger kids. I liked having breakfast available and the A/C was strong but not too loud.

The staff was friendly and went out their way to make sure you were fully satisfied. The room was spacious and shower had very hot water.
