Stayed at this hotel after a concert at the Maverick Center, so location was good. The hotel is in a business area of town and felt safe. The complimentary hot breakfast was satisfactory, but nothing to write home about. Good common areas inside and out.

Everything!!! The lobby was so vibrant and reminded me of yesteryear when people traveled and connected with each other. The pianist added such a nice touch, people were visiting and laughing and the whole atmosphere was so charming.

It is a nice property. The staff were very nice. Although at check in the security guard was the only one with an understanding of customer service. You should promote him. The property is clean and has several amenities. It is located in a good spot.
