Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was decent for a continental setup: waffle maker, eggs, sausage, biscuits, juice, coffee, and tea. Close to the Florida Fair Grounds.

When we checked in there was an issue with our rooms and I thought it was a hotel screw up. Within 15 minutes, the staff was able to figure out the answer and accommodate my large party. We had a great experience.

The young man who was handling the deli/cafe - very capable, handled the cafe all be himself. Neve lost his composure while dealing with answering questions regarding the menu, taking orders, preparing and serving the orders.

Clean room and comfortable bed, had large refrigerator, microwave, dishes. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to the cruise port. Free breakfast, and loved the Poke restaurant within walking distance. They had steak as well as fish.

The Breakfast was much better than normal complimentary breakfasts. The omelets were soooo much better than the normal runny scrambled eggs.

I originally booked this hotel knowing it had a shuttle and location to the parks. The shuttle driver is what is making this hotel the best. The ratings I am giving are pretty much due to him. He is so friendly and all around amazing.
