Proximity to my event, located adjacent to woods and a meadow good for dogs. The bed was comfortable although I did not venture to turn down before using it

Its listing... It was affordable and breakfast included. But, Breakfast included meant a brown bag with a fruit cup, a granola bar and a Capri Sun. So the money that you saved is still spent when your family still needs to stop for breakfast elsewhere.

Everything here was so elevated starting with hotel employee at the front desk. His positivity and frequent querries as to how to improve my stay were refreshing. The entire staff was so positive and on point. Accomodations, breakfast, cleanliness - all A+.

The front desk staff were all very helpful with any questions that I had. The breakfast was generous. The location is excellent. Parking is easy.

When the 20-30 drug addicts left the entrance that leads to the hotel every day and went back under the bridge every night. FYI the bridge is about 100 yards from the entrance to the hotel

We had a phenomenal experience here! The staff was so nice and the hotel was very clean. The vintage feel of the rooms was great! Some may say it was dated but everything was so well-maintained and clean that the old style felt intentional and authentic.

Great location. Slightly weird streets but that's a city problem. Right of the highway. Plenty to eat. Asheville is only a short jaunt up the highway. The bed was firm, the pillows shift, the desk big enough for my laptop and a few take out containers.

Friendly staff and very clean.
Nothing. The hotel was evacuated the 1st night. I had to stand out in the rain and cold for 2 hours. There was not any offerings for help back in after the fire department found out the problem was an ongoing maintenance issue with the alarm system.
Nice hotel, good facilities, lack of reasonable breakfast and service is a disaster!

Lovely location by the river. Very quiet. Cabins were cute and comfortable.

Front desk staff made an effort to be friendly and helpful. They had no chance to outweigh the negatives about the motel location and terrible sound transmission between guest rooms.
