I've been traveling due to my mothers death from CA. Last thing I wanted was a problem with where I my hotel is located and good service but the hotel was better than I expected

The staff was lovely. I had car troubles in my way there. Ithr next morning, I asked for a sort late check out bc I didn't know what time the mechanic would finish with my car. They gave me the room until 3pm. Over and beyond. I will be back soon.

From the moment you enter the lobby at Christmas, you feel like you are home. Each member of the staff I interacted with was excellent. I would especially like to compliment the woman in guest services who gave me a free ticket to the Vienna Boys Choir.

The view of the room of where we were staying was very nice as well as the room itself. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice. The ability to text message the staff for any accommodations was a good feature.

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was extremely pleasant!. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, the friendly staff, great breakfast, and the receptionist went out of her way to help get airline tickets printed out. We highly recommend this hotel!
Excellent hotel! The food was very good and the staff was friendly. For breakfast, they had eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt, waffles, juice, cereal, and other beverages. They also a gym with several free weights and treadmills. Beds were very comfortable.

The lobby was nice and bright! Bath towels were big and soft! The water was nice and hot for the shower! The hot breakfast had a nice selection and plenty of food!!!! The staff was friendly!

Hotel employee at the Front desk went above and beyond to help us during this stay. We were in a handicapped accessible room and the beds were so tall that we were unable to get in them. Hotel employee searched the entire hotel until she found a stepladder for us to use
