- The reception were very nice and friendly
- The staff were wonderful and it was close to the convention center

- the tv remote didn't work and the phone didn't work. there wasn't blankets or sheets or pillows for the couch bed
- The fact that I was racially profiled and had the authorities contacted after dealing with consistently faulty room keys by the front desk staff was an epic failure.
