The Element hotel was clean, fresh, appointed with first class furnishings, lobby and breakfast area, pool patio and a real gym. The room itself was useful with 3/4 size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, filtered drinking water tap and a lovely bathroom.

My room with a king bed wasn?t ready, so I had to take a queen to prepare for a venue. The room smelled like smoke. When we returned later that evening, there were roaches! The pillows smelled horrible and there were bed bugs.

To say that to hotel was dirty would be an understatement. We found hair on the wall, a roach in the chandelier, and the ac did not work. This is just the start. I left 2 days in once we found the roach. I have pictures of all of this as well.
The idea of being able to use the pool and hot tub which didn¿t materialize because they were out of order most of the time. And when open, hot tub wasn¿t hot.
What I liked was the staff, breakfast, coffee, fitness center, spaciousness of the room, air conditioning, water pressure, refrigerator w/icemaker, and the comfort of the pillows and bed. I enjoyed my stay here so much I stayed for over a month.

There nothing I liked about this hotel. There was rice over the bed when I walked in, a blade fell out the sheet, when I went downstairs to tell the front desk, they handed me one sheet, a broom, and a dust pan. Instead of switching me to another room.

The staff were hard-working, long suffering, kind and as accommodating as anyone could wish for. They reported working double and in one case, a triple shift, because of understaffing. I'd call it employee abuse.

Great location with restaurants nearby and quick access to the highway. Hotel is also far enough away from the freeway that road noise is not an issue. This hotel was built with comfort in mind. The a/c unit was very quiet and efficient.

The hotel was great, the room was very clean.
It was obviously recently remodeled, so it was clean. There were two properties next to each other. If I were to guess this property was purchased later. The price was good. It had a gym and a small exercise room.
bed was so comfy with our own pillows , sink was outside the restroom so i could get ready while my boyfriend showered
