We got the Superior King Suite, King bed w/ full kitchen. It was roomy, clean, the kitchen was great especially for a week long stay. Front desk was very helpful when we arrived. It was an exceptionally clean hotel and the pros def outweighed the cons.

Our room overlooked the courtyard and airport runway?very nice. I could?ve watched for hours the planes landing. The location was perfect to get to the departing terminals, a five minute walk for us. The room windows are soundproof, no plane noise!

Nothing. It was dirty. Staff was rude. Tv did not work. Shower did not drain. They make you pay a $50 CASH deposit and they tried to keep it when I checked out. There is no free breakfast, even though it is advertised.

Family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids) stayed in room 316, 2 double beds prettu comfortable pillowtop beds. Just what we needed during our trip to Smyrna, TN. Near shopping and restaurand and right off i24.
Overall I was very happy with everything about the hotel. The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and very nice the bed was very comfortable. The exercise room was very nice. Enjoy the hot tub. No complaints whatsoever.

It was under construction. The staff was rude and not customer oriented. We arrived to find that we were being put into a room without air conditioning even though it was hot. We had no choice but to take the room.

It appeared to be an old Embassy Suite hotel converted to HIE. Great location right off I-75. We appreciated having breakfast coupons including with the room. Breakfast was not buffet, but needed to be ordered with the wait staff.
