Only a short distance from the Hilton Knoxville is the University of Tennessee campus, which is less than a km away. Guestrooms are furnished with a flat-screen TV, work desk and seating area. - High floors above city...
- Staff was friendly as well as location
- valet staff were great to explain parking options, check in staff was quick and also great to work with .
Cons -
- Paid alot of money for a parlor room and was disappointed on the size of the room compared to the pictures. Hotel is showing age. Large cracks/openings near the bottom of door is a security issue.
- The AC was not working, we had to change room after midnight, the hallway smells of urine, had to pay 100. for pet fee not explained in booking.
