ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
The man that helped me was very patient it was a very different process for me to get in and out and the guest I came to see in Providence was terribly uncooperative. So to have Mitchie make an affordable place available no matter what is priceless to me
Absolutely nothing , charging me for the room , then charging me the same price for entry . Absolutely disgusting

Location, ambiance - I'm a frequent return guest at the Dean
Friendly, professional and accommodating staff.
I thought the hotel was very cool. I know that sounds vague but the atmosphere and the decor was my style. The room was very cozy and the food in the restaurant was superb. The back bar had a great vibe and would have been a great place to meet friends

I am sorry, Michie House in College Hill at 230 Thayer Street, Providence, RI. It does not exist I looked for it and I could not find, then someone called me that they were overbooked and referred me to 41 Central Street Providence, RI  which is a Hostel
Great location. Perfect for a few days, weeks even a month. Rooms are perfect for sleeping if you are a city person. Love having the kitchen.

Cleanliness & staff
The check was a bit long and not very friendly. It¿s a hotel but there¿s no help getting my luggage to room or anything. I had to call about the temperature and they spoke to me like I don¿t know how to work a thermostat. Come to find out that it was not
perfect, right at the casino

The hotel was in a convenient location as we had an event close by.
The staff is super friendly and the landscaping is gorgeous!
when you have a worker sitting next to his window yelling anytime anyone makes a sound it¿s pretty unnecessary. should get rid of the male karen, but i¿ll never stay again.
