The staff was warm and friendly, and the room was clean and mell maintained. It is walking distance to food and shopping, as well as Renown South Meadows hospital. A perfect place to stay for us as we visited the hospital three times a day.

The price of the hotel was great for being at the location it was at. The rooms were very spacious and had a fridge, stove, and mircowave. Great for families who are traveling!
The room was clean, but the bathroom smelled awful. It is located in the middle of nowhere, but that allows you to see wild horses walking by the hotel on a regular basis.

Proximity to RENO airport. They do have a shuttle but we didn't use it. You can actually walk across (safely) to the terminal to pick up a rental car. Less than 10 min. The property is quite well laid out. Plenty of parking close to entrances.

There's big-time fun to be had in this recreation- and entertainment-rich area set about 15 minutes east of Reno and less than an hour from Lake Tahoe. Retail enthusiasts flock to the upscale Outlets at Sparks (which also features a number of dining options), while all visitors enjoy the area's Sparks Marina Park, which features walking paths, trees and sandy beaches surrounding a 77-acre lake. It?s so nice to stay and park your car and fly out. We are NV residents so it?s nice to have a great place to stay since we live 1 1/2 hrs away and always deal with leaving when it snowing. Staying overnight is so much more convenient for us.
The staff was helpful and personable, the room was large, clean and nicely decorated, breakfast was great. The water in the lobby and the available coffee was a nice feature. A touch of hospitality, made us feel appreciated.

It was clean inside the hotel. The staff was nice. The room was good. The buffet was good.
Super clean room, property and even the parking lot. We left our initial hotel because it was so absolutely disgusting, filthy. The GSR Reno, absolutely disgusting. We were just looking for one more night, we couldn't handle the GSR.
