We had a phenomenal experience here! The staff was so nice and the hotel was very clean. The vintage feel of the rooms was great! Some may say it was dated but everything was so well-maintained and clean that the old style felt intentional and authentic.

It's new, clean, nicely appointed/decorated, staff was attentive, hotel has easy access to Downtown Asheville, complimentary cocktail hour, and very good breakfast buffet with made-to-order eggs available.

When the 20-30 drug addicts left the entrance that leads to the hotel every day and went back under the bridge every night. FYI the bridge is about 100 yards from the entrance to the hotel

The size of the shower/bathroom were nice, updated decor, quick trip to downtown Asheville, comfy desk chair and work station space. Glad that Asheville had a curfew from 11p-6a due to hurricane Helene edfects to cut down on street noise out front.

Everything here was so elevated starting with hotel employee at the front desk. His positivity and frequent querries as to how to improve my stay were refreshing. The entire staff was so positive and on point. Accomodations, breakfast, cleanliness - all A+.

The hotel was beautiful, the suite we stayed in was clean, beds and everything were comfortable, the soaking tub was huge, the bath salts and oils were awesome, the staff was friendly and helpful...the whole stay was awesome!
Warm, friendly staff, fantastic location in close walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, well-appointed rooms, great shower, comfy bed. The filtered water and prepackaged bags of ice on each floor were a nice added touch.
