- The staff went over and beyond to accommodate my mother and I.

- Paying for parking
- Maybe let guests know when there will be a lot of children or prepare for more than usual noise. I was not as bothered because it is summer break. But I did adjust and it the noise was up until 11 pm. My elderly mother struggled.
- The parking for handicap is not effecient. We had to walk a long way around the building and could hardly make it. And also when we checked in their were no carts for our luggage available so we had to make many trips
