The one bright spot was the lady night clerk at the front desk. She was very cordial, and had an ¿above and beyond¿ mindset in helping the guests. The location was good from the standpoint that it is in a fairly centralized part of the city.

Each and every one of the staff was amazing, so helpful and very personable.
The staff continues to be excellent but the multiple teams staying at the hotel were loud and up late running the halls.

The room was below standard. We paid almost $--- fr a junior suite and the room was outdated and uncomfortable. The pillows were so worn, they didn't conform right, causing us neck problems the next day. We expected alot more.

It looks nice, the room looked nice until a sanitary napkin had to be removed from the toilet tank. There was also blood on the bed ruffle. I was not offered another room and housekeeping never came in to sanitize after the sanitary napkin was removed.

Easy access from the highway. The trim was nice and quiet and the AC worked great. Noah at the front desk was very nice.

Great location! Close to our doctor appointment and there was plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby without having to go all the way into St Louis but when we did want to venture into the city it was a relatively short drive.
