The situation was further worsened by an unpleasant, damp odor pervading the area. Overall, our experience with this hotel was quite distressing and far from satisfactory.
The room was very comfortable as well as the bed. After traveling for two weeks, staying in hotels and Airbnbs, the shower was the best!! Roomy and good water pressure!!

The location was near my son's apartment. The breakfasts were wonderful. The room and the kitchen were lovely and fully stocked. Everyone was so friendly. I stayed in 6 hotels in 22 days and this by far was the best overall experience.

The location could not be beat, it was just a short walk to the main Harvard campus and Harvard Square. We booked only a few days prior to our trip so I paid a much higher price than what I see for this same property a few weeks ahead of travel.

My room was dirty, found long blond hair in my bed. The bed was broken on the left side, had a big curve in the mattress and the shower or bathroom, I found the long blond hair again. Curtain on the bathroom needs to be changed, was ripped and ugly.

I loved that this hotel is close to the hospital that I work and very convenient near restaurant and shopping. Very quiet @ night bed was super comfortable and the staff was amazing.

The location was perfect, it was near great eateries and stores. Everything was either walking distance or within a 5-10 minute drive. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were a good size, and came with great amenities.

The room was bigger than I expected, and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The location was perfect. Close to highways and shopping. Oh! And the breakfast was very tasty.
