It is all about location, in addition to its being a top quality hotel. We can walk downtown to restaurants and coffee shops. The Addison Art Museum is right across from the Andover Inn, too!
We loved the Andover Inn. It's perfect, the rooms are very nice and comfortably furnished and appointed. The restaurant is great. And most importantly the staff are a joy to interact with: unfailingly courteous and helpful without being intrusive.

The staff was great. The front desk person who checked me into my room had multiple positive interactions. The cleaning staff also seemed good too as they were actively cleaning and maintaining the hotel during my stay.

Hotels was noth comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was actually quite good. I am surprised by some of the negative comments as I would stay here again.

The staff! When we checked in, there was a young lady working the front desk. She was very pleasant. We had a few good laughs while she checked us in. In the morning, she remembered us from the evening before. Made us feel like we were friends catching up

Very clean! Nice large bathroom and shower. Good breakfast buffet. Nice fitness room. Good lighting, also a nice bonus to have a ceiling fan!
The staff were amazing and were always kind, quick and alway left thing looking great.
