Great location near I-65, plenty of restaurants and shopping. All hotel employees we encountered were kind and offered great customer service. Room size was pretty good. The kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes.

None. Front desk people are rude. I came in and they told me they didn't have my reservation. And was not even apologetic about it. You can just tell they were being shady about it! They probably gave it to somebody else.

The maintenance guy. The room shower handle will not stay up so you have to keep pulling it up to get water. I ran into the maintenance guy in the elevator and told him our problem. He came and quickly fix it before he ends his shift.
