Staff were unfailingly polite. There were skating competitions in the area and young people from all around the country staying at this hotel. Everyone seemed to be comfortable.

I had several issues with this hotel room it's stuck and had a horrible stench to it there was a urine smell on the floor in the bathtub I was not able to take a shower.

Breakfast was for four hours, the receptionist were all inviting, the housekeepers didn?t speak great English but we figured things out, they were very friendly. This place has a pool and a fire pit. Everything was clean.

Apart from the cleanliness of the rooms the waffle treat at breakfast was amazing. The hotel made sure that waffle supply was always sufficient daily despite the large number of guests.

Best pool ever!
My flight arrived late. The restaurant was to close shortly, but the waiter was as kind as if he had hours. Afterward, he walked me to the elevator and waited until I was on it safely. And all with a smile. I appreciate gestures such as that.
