The front desk agent who check me in was peronable and friendly. The only thing I would change is never to tell a guest that something is not your job even if it isn¿t. If you¿re exhausted and have a lot of stuff just ask the guest for patience politely

location in downtown Belleville, and the price was right. It was remodeled and comfortable.
I like the remodeled rooms, it was also only nine minutes from where I needed to be and I?ll be staying there again.
