The front desk agent who check me in was peronable and friendly. The only thing I would change is never to tell a guest that something is not your job even if it isn¿t. If you¿re exhausted and have a lot of stuff just ask the guest for patience politely

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were able to get us additional rooms together after a few in our travel party had a bad experience at another hotel. Rooms were clean and the fridge and microwave were a great addition.

BEWARE! They fraudulently stole $250 from my bank account. Mgr said GM did it, but GM not there? Said she messaged him but I?ve heard nothing back. The lack of response or communication is very disappointing for a Hilton brand hotel.

Staff, location
The woman at the front desk was so professional and friendly. I had called earlier and she took care of everything and followed up with me upon check-in and check-out. Breakfast was good and the woman working there kept it clean and well supplied.
The night staff were great but the morning staff was not around when I went to checkout waited for about 20 minutes and nobody came so I had to leave to get to the baseball game
