- They returned my money when I accidentally booked wrong date, and the breakfast was pretty good. Chicken sausage was actually fire who wudda thunk it
- Hotel employee from the hospitality staff was absolutely amazing
- The breakfast was decent
Cons -
- First room smelled of raw sewage. I informed the front desk. Apparently it was already a known problem. I was moved to a different room. Was told it would be a few minutes. Ended up waiting 2 hours. Only to get a room with ants crawling all over.
- The hotel definitely had a run-down feeling to it. When we arrived, the 2 guests in front of us were dealing with changing rooms because the rooms they were given had not been cleaned and prepared. The desk clerk seemed to be the only staff there.
- The breakfast was horrible. It was what I would expect from a much lower level hotel. Nothing but processed and sugary options. Nothing cooked. No eggs at all. No hot oatmeal. No waffles. I've stayed her before and it was a bit better then.
