The location was convenient to everything we needed and the rooms was fine, but the hotel staff. Wowza! The staff spoke, held conversations with us, gave tips on dining. It was one of, if not the best, interior had with hotel staff. Orlando is the best!

It was a long hard night of traveling and although the floor and bed size was not available. The staff assured me that he can still accommodate me with another room. He was very caring and even went to make sure the room was cool and presentable.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in, in a long time! EVERYTHING was clean, even free breakfast was served in a sanitary way (everything was covered.) The room was large and bed was comfortable. The pool and grill area was beautiful and inviting.

The staff members (front desk, housekeepers, kitchen) were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was nice and clean.
The night manager(?) was absolutely the best person we have ever met working at a hotel. He was a young, tall, very slender guy and he came back to help us with our TV. He couldn't get it working, but it wasn't for lack of trying. He needs a raise! A+++++

I like absolutely nothing about this hotel. It stinks like mold and dampness . It was dirty. The wood was cracked on the floor people walking the hallway, knocking on your door my room had roaches and bugs
