Pros +
- Front desk was wonderful. I had forgotten my toothbrush and it was delivered promptly, but they didn't tell me so I waited over an hour before checking the door. There was the plastic bag with the toothbrush. I had no idea how long it had been there.
- Gave me top floor this time and was quiet up there. Got a free drink at check in. Free waters for members.
- It was recently remodeled and was so much nicer than my last stay. It is very conveniently located, close to shopping and is one of my go-to hotels when visiting San Diego.
Cons -
- Door stop was missing its covering and could easily slice someone's foot open. Lamp base had not been cleaned in a long while from the looks of it. It was disgusting and I cleaned it with some wipes and still couldn't get the grime off.
- Food Market employee made a mistake on my food and it was really hard for her to admit and correct it.
- It would be nice to have a summer discount program where frequent travelers could reserve blocks of time at a discount.
