The hotel advertises having breakfast but its nothing that good. just some bread and coffee.

The service was ok but everything else was atrocious. My first room had stains on the sheets and the windows were painted shut. The second room was ok, so I thought until I went to take a shower. There was hot water in the sink but not the tub.

When I first got there the girl that checked me in was tattoo. She was very professional, courteous, helpful. She helped me out and I tried to leave a tip and stuff but the other lady told me I couldn't do that. I was very disappointed

Unexpectedly, the room had a kitchenette that came with a full size refrigerator. Also, special attention to details like flatware, plates and bowls were there for our use. And, for the first time ever, a hotel staff called us to ask if everything was ok.

I don't like anything about this hotel, we left the hotel after seeing the location and room. My 7 old year find a nasty hair ball under the bed! The police arrived right when we did and started collecting evidence from a previous crime.

It was in a pretty central location, so we were able to explore Sacramento without traveling far. The hostel was beautiful and the staff were really nice. Also, online it says you have to be 21 to get a room, but you only have to be 18.

Clean beds and updated. Homeless people living in the parking lot. Smelled dirty and lots of trash outside. You have to use your room card for breakfast, which just made it feel sketchy bc they aren't managing the homeless people in the parking lot.

The best thing about this place is their beds! So comfortable! Nice showers too Almost full size fridge too. But besides fridge there is only a microwave and a pathetic excuse of a sink. Also they have a pool, but missed my opportunity to check it out

The food in the cafe was better than we expected.
Staff was amazing! We came in late (1am) and he was quick to give us water and even changed our room location to help my grandfather who uses a walker. I really appreciate his kindness.
