I did not like everything about this hotel. They put us in a stinky room that has a bad stench or smell in the whole room. The luggage carts are rusted. The elevator was too small. The room is also too small even with a 2 queen size bed. Nothing is good.

Front desk was wonderful. I had forgotten my toothbrush and it was delivered promptly, but they didn't tell me so I waited over an hour before checking the door. There was the plastic bag with the toothbrush. I had no idea how long it had been there.
Gave me top floor this time and was quiet up there. Got a free drink at check in. Free waters for members.
It was recently remodeled and was so much nicer than my last stay. It is very conveniently located, close to shopping and is one of my go-to hotels when visiting San Diego.
