It is very quiet and there are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. I liked the room itself - the kitchen was perfect and you can borrow things like a hot pot, which is pretty cool. Breakfast was better than average. Nice gym.

We were offered to use additional amenities at the neighboring property but there wS absolutely no need. We enjoyed all of the many the Residence had to offer. The staff was very kind. There was ample parking.

The one bedroom suite was spacious with 2 televisions. Although, there weren't any kid channels.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make delicious food. The complimentary hot breakfast was great!

The wall was nasty every thing had cigarettes burn on it no TV for a hole night until noon the next day because TV went out.

Clean beds and updated. Homeless people living in the parking lot. Smelled dirty and lots of trash outside. You have to use your room card for breakfast, which just made it feel sketchy bc they aren't managing the homeless people in the parking lot.

I liked nothing I didn’t stay there. The room was gross had cockroaches and the beds were dirty stains on white blankets and pillows. They had mattress on the lawn outside . Homeless people all around. They place was not even close to what was shown

The locations is excellent for videoconference meetings I was required to attend. The staff is wonderfully supportive, friendly, and accommodating with any requests for service. The location is located away from heavy traffic noise.

The customer service was unequal, the employees were diverse and equally helpful, gentle, and kind, the kitchenette needed a little more attention, but overall the room and bathroom were clean and smell good. I was happy and comfortable, will stay again!
