Friendly staff, easy check-in, reasonable selection of free breakfast items. Room was not fancy, but functional and clean. Usual useful appliances: mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. No extra blankets, but thermostat worked and kept us comfortable.

The best place to stay in Visalia! I always stay here and will continue to stay here. The staff is amazing and the rooms are quaint and always very clean. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is centrally located, the restaurant on the roof is excellent!

The older gentleman who checked me in was very friendly which is nice after a long day driving. The hotel is very clean and pretty immaculate overall. I am guessing it might be very new? The location is good to highway but no car noises were heard.

The worst hotel ever. They stole $200 from my account . When i checked in there some sort of glue on the end table and i olaced my Louie Vuitton bag on it and it ruined it. I told the clerk and she assured me there would be no problem. Refused regund
