It was very private and secure I did not see any homeless people they talked about in there reviews...NONE!!!
The hotel smelled like ciggarets and weed. The floors were dirty. The bed sheets were yellow with stains. The bathroom sink and shower were broken and dripping water. Staff was rude! And to top it off it was infested with roaches. Nastiest place!
Kitchenette (even though we did not use it).

Location near everything in Phoenix. And even walking distance to grocery stores, lots of shops and restaurants.
The handicap accessible bathroom rates as one of the best we have had at a hotel. Roll in shower, well-placed grab bars, and plenty of room! Also, the pool and patio area is a lovely oasis. It¿s not huge or extravagant, but it is lovely and well kept.

Learn about the top neighbourhoods of Phoenix
The area around Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is convenient even if you're not headed out on an early morning flight. I-10 and I-17 get you around the region in a snap. Scottsdale is a few miles away, as are Mesa and Tempe. The Phoenix Zoo and Papago Park are located just east of this area.
In the northeastern fringes of the Sonoran Desert, Arizona's capital city overlooks the breathtaking Camelback Mountains. This is a performing arts mecca, with Phoenix Symphony Hall and the Orpheum Theatre for classical music and the Comerica Theatre hosting large-scale concerts. The largest in the Southwest, the Phoenix Art Museum hosts international exhibits. The Phoenix Convention Center covers 25 acres. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is five miles east.
This area north of Downtown Phoenix is named for the venerable Metrocenter Mall, a massive shopping complex with more than 100 stores. Over the years more retail outlets have sprung up along this section of I-17, making the Phoenix Metrocenter area a prime shopping destination. Adjacent to the mall is the 10-acre Castles N' Coasters, the region's best-known amusement park. About 17 miles southwest is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

How far in advance should I book?
Phoenix hotel prices drop from around $150 to $115 as check-in approaches.
In Phoenix, hotel prices generally decrease as the check-in date approaches. Starting around $115 on the day before check-in, availability from higher-quality hotels diminishes significantly three weeks prior. As the date nears, particularly within the last few days, remaining lower-quality hotels may reduce prices to fill unsold rooms, evident as prices fall from just over $150 to around $115. However, booking in advance shows higher average prices of approximately $150 to $160 within a month or two out, indicative of higher availability and quality. Overall, same-day bookings tend to offer lower prices, primarily due to the discounting of remaining lower-quality options.
