It was very private and secure I did not see any homeless people they talked about in there reviews...NONE!!!
The hotel smelled like ciggarets and weed. The floors were dirty. The bed sheets were yellow with stains. The bathroom sink and shower were broken and dripping water. Staff was rude! And to top it off it was infested with roaches. Nastiest place!

The handicap accessible bathroom rates as one of the best we have had at a hotel. Roll in shower, well-placed grab bars, and plenty of room! Also, the pool and patio area is a lovely oasis. It¿s not huge or extravagant, but it is lovely and well kept.

This area north of Downtown Phoenix is named for the venerable Metrocenter Mall, a massive shopping complex with more than 100 stores. Over the years more retail outlets have sprung up along this section of I-17, making the Phoenix Metrocenter area a prime shopping destination. Adjacent to the mall is the 10-acre Castles N' Coasters, the region's best-known amusement park. About 17 miles southwest is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Nothing was great I will not stay here again. Checked in, room didn't have air working. Was given another room by the elevator. So noisy.
Everything was just best about this hotel. This was the first time my family stayed in Hampton Inn and we were very much impressed by it's cleanliness, staff service, food (included breakfast), 24/7 coffee availability, and even the parking space.
The location was the most important thing for us. But we were surprised at how nice and big the room was.
